Our Philosophy
We believe that all members of our communities deserve equal access to the legal system regardless of assets or income. With that in mind, we provide sliding scale fees for those who qualify. We also provide flat-fee services as well as flat-fee strategy sessions for specific areas.
Taking on or even just evaluating any legal matter can be intimidating. We encourage you to contact us regarding your needs.
Initial Consultation
We are happy to provide a 1-hour initial consultation for $150. This fee also includes an additional hour of research by Ms. Conitz and a follow-up email.
If further services are needed after this initial consultation and you decide to proceed, the consultation fee is waved upon execution of a retainer agreement.
When you are preparing for your first meeting with Conitz Law, we will provide guidance with exactly what materials and information we want you gather and bring with you to that meeting.
Payment
You may also be eligible for flexible billing options based off your income to reduce monthly payments.
